ACTION is an acronym for Awareness, Community, Treatment, Issues, Outreach, and meNtal health. The purpose of Ohio University Southern ACTION is to increase awareness of mental health issues and provide a forum for discussion of issues and treatment modalities on the campus within the community. Established in 2003, the organization is affiliated with the Psychology Department at Ohio University Southern. Students, alumni, faculty, staff, administration, and community members may aquire full or associate membership in the organization.
