Campus Visit
Choosing the right university is one of the most important decisions of your life. As you prepare to make this decision, we invite you to visit Ohio University Southern Campus. As you tour the campus, meet members of the faculty and staff, and interact with fellow students, we are confident that you will "Discover the Difference".

New Freshmen
If you will be enrolling as a new freshman, you will need to complete the following steps:

  1. Complete and submit an application for admission.
  2. Provide an official high school transcript or a copy of a General Equivalency diploma (GED) score. If you have been out of high school for more than one year, you are not required to submit ACT scores.
  3. Take all entrance assessments (math, English, reading).
  4. Prepare financial aid forms (if applicable).
  5. Attend orientation and register for classes.

Transfer Students
If you have completed 12 quarter hours (9 semester hours) or more of credit at a post-secondary institution, you will apply to Ohio University Southern Campus as a transfer student. To do this, you will need to complete the following steps:

  1. Complete and submit an application for admission.
  2. Provide official transcripts from each post-secondary institution.
  3. Take any necessary entrance assessments (if you have not successfully completed an appropriate mathematics and/or English course).
  4. Prepare financial aid forms (if applicable).
  5. Schedule an appointment with an academic advisor to discuss your transfer credit evaluation and appropriate course selections.
  6. Attend orientation and register for classes.
Costs
Ohio University Southern Campus provides an outstanding educational value. Although our programs are fully accredited and our credits transfer worldwide, our cost of attendance is less than that of other universities. For current tuition, please visit this page.

Housing
Although on-campus housing is not available at Ohio University Southern Campus, many students arrange housing through area motels and real estate agents, or board with local families.
