Together We Can! is comprised of four video-based programs.
Both the primary and elementary are six week (12 hour) parent training courses designed to improve the child's education, encourage home-school communication, and develop a positive volunteer program in the school. Through the use of video-tapes and a user friendly Parent Handbook, parents view and discuss everyday school related situations encompassing self-esteem, study skills, time management, reading, math and study-skills, communication and career awareness. If a school wishes to establish a volunteer program, parents are trained to be Parent Professionals.
The program consists of six two-hour sessions led by your facilitator. The Facilitator Guide is self-directing and easy to use. The Parent Handbook is enhanced by short video segments to introduce and illustrate important concepts. Group participation is an integral part of each session, and home activities with the child are encouraged. Parents are assigned homework.

The second part of the Together We Can! series is for middle school through high school.
The Middle Years! is a video based program developed by experienced teachers and counselors. It consists of three video modules for middle school students, parents and teachers. Each module is self-directed and is accompanied by activities to reinforce learning. The videos may be group facilitated or individually viewed.

Grades 6-8
Plan for the Future! is identical in format to the Middle Years! It consists of three video modules for high school parents, students and teachers. Each module is self-directed and is accompanied by activities to reinforce learning. The videos may be group facilitated or individually viewed. we suggest that the parent videos be made available for home viewing. Encourage parents to invite other parents into their home to discuss issues regarding teen parenting.
