This will help you determine which Orientation to sign-up for, and whether there is anything else you need to do before registering. After answering each question, a new question will appear below it until we have enough information to present you with the correct registration form.

Please take the time to fill out an application for Admission to Ohio University Southern. You must complete an application to register for orientation.
You may complete an application online by clicking here. ($20 fee applies.)
You may also choose to complete a paper application, instead. Visit the Office of Student Services in the Collins Building to complete a paper application. Remember to take advantage of our Walk-In Wednesdays to have the $20 application fee waived.
Students without an application on file will be unable to register for classes.
Have you ever attended college before?
Have you had transcripts sent or hand delivered from all previous colleges attended (in sealed envelopes from its institution)?
Please have official transcripts (sealed in an envelope from the institution) sent to:

You may also hand deliver transcripts in sealed envelopes from your institutions to the Office of Student Services in the Collins Building at Ohio University Southern.
Students without transcripts on file will be unable to register for classes.
Have you taken a placement test, scheduled a placement test at the Ohio University Southern Learning Center, or taken courses from previous institutions that could be equivalent to Tier I English and Math requirements (ACT Scores are not equivalent)?
Students who have completed a freshman level math or English course email Nina Queen at queenn@ohio.edu.
Please take the time to schedule an appointment to take a placement test with the Ohio University Southern Learning Center.

Did you graduate high school or receive your GED prior to 2009?
Have you had a final and official high school transcript or copy of GED Scores sent or hand-delivered to Ohio University Southern (in a sealed envelope)?
