The Dominican Republic research trip is complete. Soon, we will return to our routine habits of family, school, and work. From this trip, I will take more than the experience of travel. As a result of the research trip, I have learned many valuable lessons such as tolerance, thankfulness, gratefulness, and the need for mission type expeditions within my life. Throughout life, I plan to incorporate additional journeys of giving to continually renew my focus on the important factors of life and human experiences.
