12th Annual Hilton Head Island Gullah Celebration
The 12th Annual Hilton Head Island Gullah Celebration (February 1-25, 2008) provides visitors to the island with an opportunity to experience the culture and cherish the legacy of Gullah culture and language. The Native Island Business and Community Affairs Association, Inc. (NIBCAA) sponsors the celebration as part of their mission to increase heritage tourism on Hilton Head Island, SC.
The 12th Annual Hilton Head Island Gullah Celebration draws visitors from throughout the United States for a month long series of activities designed to preserve Gullah culture and language.
