Black Board is an online course management system. If you want to use OU Southern Black Board for your class, you need to fill out an online form at:

You could also reach this page from southern web site by selecting Blackboard -> Blackboard Faculty -> BB Course Request. It is a good practice to make the Black Board request at the earliest opportunity.
